I think this is a 50-50 fight, actually I'd maybe even give Dawson the edge, Tarver didn't look good in his last fight, in fact I can't remember the last time he really impressed me...maybe as far back as Johnson II

I've probs got Dawson on this one, but he needs to do better than he did against Johnson. I hope Johnson beats Diaconu then Johnson can try and avenge his loss to Dawson, that'd be amazing.

I'm backing Tarver in this, no matter how much i hate the guy. I think he's still got what it takes to suprise a few more people. Plus being a big RJJ fan, it would do wonders for us fans if he beats the top LHW contenders.....at least we can say Roy got beat by one of the best.

RJJ did beat him once too. A part of his losses to Tarver came from being a guy who relied so much on speed who turned 35 years old and weight drained following a short campaign at heavyweight. RJJ has nothing to be ashamed of. He's still one of the best p4p fighters ever.

This is a good fight too. HBO ppv is doing it's thing, but Showtime might be a bit more fan friendly lol.

****, i just happy bcuz it looks like there will be a big fight every month for the rest of the year, beginning with the beauty next week!!! this has been the best year in boxing, hands down, for a long time.....

Tarver is thinking Chad's chin is weak and he may be correct, Tarver is going to be looking to land something big all night, maybe he can punk Chad into not letting his hands go like he did Clinton Woods because Chad throws alot of punches. I'm pretty sure the plan will be to land something big early and try and hurt Chad, get him a little gunshy so Tarver can rack up points and rounds. No matter how good a fighter is, when his chin is iffy I would never put money on them, like Cotto against Marg, I think Cotto will win, but that chin of Cotto's always keeps my money in my pocket.
