    Maybe Daniel Santos?
What about Dzinziruk? He defeated a good fighter in Santos, and he's won his past 35 fights.

      Idk, 154 is ****ing terrible.
WBO 154 lb champ Sergei Dzinziruk is undefeated and he clearly beat Santos

        Never seen him...

My original pick was Cory Spinks... but that division is so bad that it is impossible to actually pick someone who has set themself apart from the rest of the crowd.

i doubt kessler will unify at 168

make dawson or tarver the best at 175
          and move joe to 168

Calzaghe has left 168 forever, so how could you rate him there? Kessler is a solid choice with him gone. I can see Dawson being ahead of Joe at 175, but not Tarver.

            CW: Steve Cunningham
            LH: Joe Calzaghe
            SM: Mikkel Kessler
            MW: Kelly Pavlik
JM: Oscar De La Hoya (or if you count active, Daniel Santos)
            WW: Miguel Cotto
            JW: Ricky Hatton
            LW: Manny Pacquiao
SFW: Juan Manuel Marquez (If you count the other two best moving up: Humberto Soto)
FW: Steven Luevano or Jorge Lineares
            SBW: Israel Vasquez
            BW: Hozumi Hasegawa
            SFW: Crisitan Mijares
FlW: Nonito Donaire (Daisuke Naito if Donaire moves up)
            JFW: Ivan Calderon
            SW: Yukita Niida

Unlike you *******, I actually happen to watch all the weight classes and even if I don't follow some as closely as others, I still know who the best fighters are in them.

You forget Kessler has already tried to unify 168. He tried to unify within 7 fights and fought Andrade and Mundine in between his attempted unifications.
