I don't think so, he should fight someone high in rankings, that's the only way to get a shot at title one more time. Otherwise, what's the point? Maskaev, Dimitrenko, Virchis, Gomez, Ibragimov, etc.

At this point in Toneys career he probably has no shot at a HW title and should just fluff his legendary career by taking out a dangerous undefeated prospect.

Tua Rahman would suck. I wasn't thrilled with their draw in 2003.
The first fight was an indication of what can happen against Tua. He will give you a lot of rounds, but if you don't have a chin, you can be done anytime.

That's why you need both of the winners to fight the young guns, to test their mettle against experienced opp.
