This is a long 2 part thread on 2 different post but trust me, its worth it. Here he goes again fooling the public and media because there dumb enough to fall for it. All he does is fight overrated Mexican guys who have big names because there Mexican. Its exactly what Floyd was talking about. They hype these guys to no end because there Mexican and they brawl.
1st off will people stop acting like Pac fought in a million divisions. He's only fought in 4 real divisions starting at 122. Before that he turned pro at 17 which explains why his weight was so low and he got KO twice before he immediatly jumped to 122 so stop making it sound like he was doing so much before then. He shouldve never even had been at those weights because he was always a huge guy. Then he moves up and beats a past his prime MAB. In the previous year and a half the only guys MAB beat were also old and past there primes in Tapia & Kelley. MAB was supposed to be on top but was fighting bum after bum on PPV and getting away with it but no one said anything like they would to a black fighter. This is also the same great MAB who lost twice to Junior Jones in dominating fashion.
MAB was a guy who also didnt start at 122 which is a patter in Pac's career. Everyone gives him all this credit for moving up in weight but they fail to realize that he always fights guys who also have moved up in weight and is always the much bigger man. Its not like he's moving up and fighting guys who have been at that weight for 6 years and outweigh him by alot. No, they are always guys who are easily smaller then him and have also moved up in weight. He also plays the public by fighting guys like EM, MAB, and JMM in 3 different weight classes. Fighting the same guys a hundred times but at different weights to make it look like he is doing something special. He then fights JMM and drops him 3 times in round 1 but can only come out with a draw. Then he fights EM and loses easily. Then worst of all EM completely ages and gets shutout by Raheem. He never came close to winning a round but yet Pac faces him twice after that, easily stops him, and gets mad credit for it? Can you imagine that? If Floyd did that you wouldnt hear the end of the ripping. 1st they would rip him for even taking a rematch after Raheem killed the guy and would destroy him if he tried to have a 3rd fight when the guy is clearly past it. Not only do they not rip Pac but they act like he's the best fighter ever after doing this. Go figure.
He also had a 5 fight stretch where he fought guys who all had very recent losses like Morales twice, Velazquez, 3K, and Larios. All guys past there primes, coming off losses, and he had a huge size advantage. Everyone thought MAB was done when Pac fought him the 1st time but yet 4 years later they fight again and everyone is ok with it? No one rips him? Its just names that he's beating and guys are falling for it. They are no threat to him. There done and he outweighs them by a hundred pounds and everyone falls for it. Then he has a rematch with JMM and a ton of people thinks that he really lost that. JMM is another highly overrated guy. Who has he beat? ever? He has no good wins. The only guy he ever beat was a old MAB and he got dropped in that fight. I forgot that he beat the other Mexican legend in Juarez who everyone also sweats. All these guys do is fight eachother and get a ton of credit for it when if they fought someone else then they would get skunked. Thats why I always got mad and use to make threads on here saying how can everyone keep rating these Mexican guys so high when they keep losing to eachother? Fight someone else. Its not fair to recycle these guys.
