What pair of fighters would make a great 24/7 series????

Among real fights on the calendar? The only one that deserves it is Campbell-Guzman. Two great stories, and the best quality fight that's currently signed. Too bad it's on Showtime.

You gotta realise that its the personality that will make the 24/7 shows entertaining. So guys like cotto,pacquiao, pavlik and others who are great boxers want make a good show because they dont seem that animate. Guys like tyson, prince naseem hamed, mayorga etc...would provide hours of entertainment due to their trash talking, classic quotes and outgoing personality.


List in order of guys i would have love to have seen on 24/7

1. Mike Tyson (For tyson lewis or tyson golota...the youtube clips during those time make me laugh even till this day.)

2. Ricardo Mayorga (any mayorga fight...favorite would have been vs vargas though)

3. Zab Judah (any judah fight..)
4. James Toney (toney vs roy would have been classic)
5. Bernard Hopkins (b-hop vs roy or b-hop vs calzaghe)
6. Prince Naseem Hamed (any Naz fight but prob vs kevin kelley)
7. Fernando Vargas (vargas vs mayorga)
8. Johhny tapia (he is one crazy MF....prob. against anyone)


Im sure their are others but those are the guys off the top of my head i would have love to see. As for potential ones down the road

Jones vs Peter if it happens
Pac vs Hatton if it happens
Mayorga vs Mosley
Judah vs his next oppenent

of course some of these guys not be link to HBO making it impossible anyways...

These are the only fighters worthy of a 24/7 series imo.

lol, you just put together some good fight matchups but not very good 24/7 series matchups. Other than jones-calzaghe of course, I don't see how any of the personalities in the other matchups would make for a good 24/7 series.
