Thanks for the source, Arum is the one saying it so I won't totally believe it's true until HBO announces it.

i can agree that there have been alot of fights that could have been great for 24/7... but i think this one could be great as well. Likely be the last fight for both guys, not to mention 24/7 is good for the sport, gets people pumped for the fights, draws alot of people in that wouldnt normally watch the fight.

roy, one of the best of this era.. is about to leave us... roy cracked history and is looked at as one of the best pound for pound fighters ever... and hes on his way out...

i agree that hopkins-calzaghe would have been a better 24/7..people are pissed bout it now but when its about a week away people are gonna be excited to see it

ill def watch it. im goin to the fight so im pumped as it is. how many people does msg fit. thats where its at right? there will probably be a lot of calzaghes fans makin the trip as well. i think itll sell alot of tickets. the fight itself i mean.
