Williams is a natural middleweight. he started as a middleweight. This should be common knowledge, but apparently, people are either selectively ignoring this or just really didnt know. Anyway, he is pretty muscular now as a welterweight and with the addition of the weight and his already muscular physique, he will actually look more menacing than Pavlik who is cut like a 10 year old boy.

I doubt that. He has really skinny legs. You dont just move up in weight and pack on weight in your lower body like that. He'll probably look normal upper body and still have skinny legs like Ray Austin.
