After he beats Tony was next for Cotto?

I thin he is going to end up fithing DLH.
I'm more interested in Cotto fithing PW.
A rematch with Mosley is posible.
    fithing Berto for the WBC?
    moving up in to 154?

    What path should he take?

There's a decent chance Mayweather will pop out of retirement to fight him. Possibly fight Paul Williams. Berto's handlers would want nothing to do with him at this point.

DLH would be huge for his career and would make a name for him with the casual fan. He has more than enough time to clean out the division. But right now the next logical step would be DLH.

He should fight Williams. But he's gonna fight Oscar for the dough and I can't blame him.

If he wins, I think he'll fight DLH if Top Rank and GBP put aside their differences.

I would like to see that too but the window to possibly fight DLH is very small. DLH says he has only 1 more fight. Cotto has time to finish cleaning up the division after.

The DLH fight would not only give him huge initial capital gains but it would raise the purse for both he and his opponents in future fights. Not to mention an impressive showing against DLH could raise Cotto's stock enough to entice PBF to fight for a MEGA Paycheck.

An immediate PW's fight does none of these things.

Cotto doesnt have many options left at 147 now that floyd has retired. The biggest possible fight for Cotto after Marg wil be DLH, but I sincerely doubt that will happen. I sincerely doubt that Cotto can be a force at 154. Usually fighters that move up in weight sucessfully have alot of speed, and Cotto is quick, but not quick enough. I dont think his power will be as much of a force at 154 as it was at 147..

If Oscar is willing to sign, Arum will forget about those differences instantly.
