Have You Guys Heard About James Toney?

According to this article, hes in great shape......I know we've heard that before.

And listen to this one, he doesn't want to talk **** anymore.

What do you guys expect out of JT? I think he should retire, but I'm interested to see what he'll do against Rahman.

I actually saw an interview with him and he looks in much better shape than usual. Hopefully that translates into the ring.

toney is the ultimate throwback.....NEVER ducked anyone, went above his natural weight to match it with bigger stronger men based on his skills and is still fighting way past his prime. i think he can beat rahman, then he should think seriously about retiring. his defence has preserved his faculties etc but he has nothing left to prove and soon his body will just give out, i mean 80 fights , and a lot of them against way bigger guys, it would take its toll on his body, not to mention the sparring and preparation for each fight...

I just hope he makes it through the fight safely. Anything else, a win for example, is just icing on the cake.

James has proved himself. He's a great, hall of fame fighter. I hope he gives one last great performance here.
