The old Wlad was more offensive minded and mixed up his offensive placement. That was pre-chin checking of course. This whole jab and throw the right hand occasionally is mind numbing to watch. If Tony had any pop and threw that straight left right down the pike, then I think the fight would have been more competitive. That was tough to watch. I lost a half hour of my life that I could never get back.

        Bs Fight

where the hell did they get this idiot Tony Thompson from? How can you be 6 foot 4 over 230 lbs and punch like a flyweight? This was such a joke of a fight it wasnt funny...They only reason why it went so long is because Klitschko was so out of shape, he gets winded after 3 or 4 rounds, any heavyweight with a decent punch and good work rate will give him problems......Lenox Lewis must be kicking himself everytime he watches one of these fights....the heavyweight scene is very very disappointing.....Sam Peter really looked like he took a few steps backwards in his last two fights, there seems to be no one on the horizon who can give this guy a legit challenege....Valuev is big and heavy, but he too doesn't seem to possess a strong punch...........so I guess as long as stiffs like the Tony Thompson's of the world are given opportunities to to become heavyweight champion will be subjected to garbage like this........Larry Holmes, Ali, Rocky Marciano, Joe Louis.....those were champions!!!!!

            Right.

So that's why he got up off the canvas 3 times to beat Peter?

That's why he's never been counted out? He always gets up?

            You're an idiot.

I always qualified fighters with small heart as the ones who would come crying to a ref to disqualify their opponent. Now THAT is a ***** move.

                      Lewis would never come back

he would get whipped like with Vitali. these guys weigh 240 pounds. they don't throw 60 punches. out of shape? please. with heavy's like toney, rahman, fat peter, wlad is a God! you can't carry 250 pounds and have great stamina. math doesn't add up. go watch lewis tapes tell me where the stamina is. best weight is 210-220 max.
