He is very ordinary, not even as good as Celaya. When he was a prospect he was really just a protected fighter in Minnesota.

Vanda is a tough brawler with not much pop and little boxing ability. He rarely moves his head and doesn't have very good foot speed. His hand speed is above average but is known to stop punching. The guy is tough though, and has gone rounds with a lot stronger guys with bigger pop than Julio. If Julio boxes him he should be fine. If he stands in front of him, Vanda will walk him down and get busy. Just a matter of how Julio reacts to being backed up. I'd expect a 97-93 or 98-92 type UD for Julio.
