I think with a Klitschko UD.
The only southpaw Klit ever went after was Byrd.
The style seems to hold him back and little and become more cautious.
I'm thinking if Thompson throws some combos, maybe Wlad will get brave a sling a stinging one punch right that ends it, but history tells me he will be cautious against the lefty.
