This is one opponet that is in his prime and young. If he can get past Soto i give him a lot of credit, even though it will be at lightweight thats the only down fall with Pacquiao fighting Soto at lightweight when he should have fought him at jr. lightweight. When the fight is near i will put up 20k on Soto.
