Pavlik/Williams (All reward for Williams...All risk for Pavlik)

Obviously, Paul Williams moving up 13 pounds in weight to challenge the Middleweight Champ of the world, Kelly Pavlik is extremely close to being officially signed. I am a big fan of both fighters, but I do have to say that if Pavlik beats Williams he won't get all the credit that he should. Everyone will say oh Williams is a blown up welterweight, who got picked apart by Quintana in their first match. On the other hand, if Williams beats Pavlik, he will get a huge amount of credit, and depending on how decisive his victory is, his career will have a significant boost... Does anybody agree with this statement?

Definitely, it's a lose-lose situation for Pavlik, the only thing he can gain from this fight is money.

I don't see why Pavlik would want to take this fight. he gets nothing out of it except more criticism.
