Well first of all, Calzaghe shouldn't even be fighting RJJ. Why not fight Pavlik or Dawson? Second, a shot RJJ really actually has a better chance than B-Hop. If Hopkins was able to pot shot him with the straight right hand RJJ should have a feast. RJJ is still no doubt faster than Calzaghe. I can see Calzaghe slapping his way to a unanimous decision but he will surely not knock out RJJ. This fight is far better suited for Roy than Tarver and Johnson because Calzaghe doesn't have the pop in his punch they have. I've been notorious for saying the UK has not produced a great fighter since Lennox Lewis. Their only hope is for Calzaghe to beat Jones and retire before being exposed. I mean look at their offerings....LOL Hatton,Haye,Khan,Hamed,and the list goes on. I mean the United States and the rest of the world has it's fair share of bums too but these guys are hyped way more than any bum over here. I can't remember a UK fighter on the level of B-Hop,RJJ,or Cotto and Trinidad from PR or Barrerra,Morales,the Marquez brothers,Vasquez from Mexico or Manny from the Philippines. Who has the UK offered on that level? Slappy Calzaghe ? I pray that RJJ exposes him. That is all we can be because we know he's not going to fight any other worthy opponent! So before you red k me (which is quite **** like actually) telling me what a fat yank, **** or wanker I am please show me how wrong I am by naming one fighter (not Calzaghe) that should be on any P4P top ten list . Keep in mind, I'm not being a nationalist I've been to the UK and served side by side with British soldiers in Iraq so I have tons of respect for your country. I'm talking about boxing only!Comment
