Besides Andre Berto, Abnar Mares is the second most skill fighter at the moment. Will be a tough test though.

Abner Mares needs to keep his hands up a little more on his face before I'd say for him to go for a title. Personally I'd hate to see him win the WBO or the IBF. He needs to win the WBA so he can unify with Hozumi Hasegawa, the best (by far) in that division. Hasegawa actually fights pretty decent competition in japan and I'd like to see Mares vs Hasegawa (Hasegawa slaughters him now though).

Also, I think Mares is a better prospect then Berto.
