Im English but I do have some Welsh and Irish family! I consider myself British.

I support the other home nations when they play footy or rugby except if they're playing against England. But at the same time, I dont have any hatred or sense of rivarly towards them.

Ricky Hattons English but I always see him referred to as "British" and carrying around the British flag etc .

Some Welsh and Scottish people feel natural historical resentment towards the English though.

i have a Welsh first and last name and some of my family were from Wales originally but i dont consider myself to be Welsh far from it im English through and through and i aint got a problem with the home nations untill they have got a problem with the English then they can **** off

Pitty they dont feel the same way eh ,would u support Scotland or Wales if they got to the World Cup final though a lot of English people only support the home nations cause they know they will never win anything or be a major threat in these competitions
