That is going to cost you, but it was probably worth the risk.

Badger, someone's gonna be very broken-hearted on September 21st. Don't know who but you know what? This is great! Once your fighter loses you then realize how much you truly love the sport. And you don't ever give your heart to a fighter like that ever again because you don't want to be burned. It's like love lolol.

If Joe finishes undefeated, he will be paddling away from boxing on a stream of money offers. Won’t there be a limit to how much $ Joe can say no to?

You really think Roy is going to win? I won't mind if Joe loses, the risk is always there so you have to be ready.

This is true but he's not shot like everyone say he is either and should have enough left to give Joe more than a handful.

I give Roy an excellent shot to win - we should discuss the strategy for the fighters more. But he's already slipped and at an age where he could lose it all in one night. Should be interesting...

                    OK, quickly I think:

Calzaghes best strategy: jump on Roy from the opening bell and never ever let up. see Glen Johnson.

Jones' best strategy: Hit Calzaghe with something very hard early to try and slow the fight down into a technical boxing match. If that fails, get on his bike so Calzaghe can't land anything much and try to counter as much as possible when he does catch up. Avoid the ropes.

COntrary to what everyone thinks... the ropes is where Roy wants to be...

Joes legs are fresher than Roys... Roy would lose in the middle of the ring IMO... but on the ropes.. where hes been working his defense and countering abilities... he gets rid of joes legs advantage, and now its just whose better with the hands...

THe ropes is not a bad place for Roy.
