a lot more skilled? levels above him? guys like having belts it's not their fault if the guys with the belt are not that good......they were good enough to get the belt though.
Devil's advocate is supposed to draw out both sides, not start their own tangent. I'm not saying Baldomir is some fantastic fighter... but Floyd was supposed to KO him or something? Baldomir in like 50+ fights was stopped once early in his career and never stopped again while fighting some very good contenders in that time. I don't think many people appreciate the names on Baldomir's resume... L's or not.

Diaz was a serious bum. The fight wasn't even worth the money I wasted. Diaz didn't put up a fight. He came ready to take damage but not to give.

i used to think that maybe floyd should have done more to try to stop him, until i saw him against the viper, then i realized, you need concrete in those gloves just to hurt him.

yeah cause Pac a flyweight was supposed to be able to Ko Diaz a full blown LW

Facts is Floyd has not done it cause he does not punch like Pac

David Diaz was a good fighter, but no where near the best in the division and barely edged out a decision against Eric Morales, who has been torched in 3 rounds by Pacquaio in his previous fight. Diaz was stopped by Kendall Holt and was behind on points before he stopped Cruz for his WBC strap. He has never performed well against the elite and is a limited fighter. By no means am i discrediting Pacquaio becuase that was very good win over a good champion stepping up in weight, but i believe that some people take that win to far.

Diaz also wasn't knocked out by one shot. He was systematically broken down over the course of 9 rounds. Mayweather stopped the much better opponents at super featherweight. He is more natural at that weight than Pacquaio and is definitely the harder puncher IMO. He also was the more accurate and more percise puncher. Thats kind of like saying that Ali punches harder than Morrison when he stopped Foreman and Morrison didn't. Ali wore him down, Morrison just loaded up on power shots.

I'd say you're not longer trying to debate with me if you're just going to start repeating yourself. You said you want facts of proof and I presume, instead of simply watching fights, you want some boxrec information. Use it to prove me wrong, show me somebody on the list he should've decimated with some huge 1 punch shot.

Check this video out. When Mayweather sat down on his shots at super featherweight, then he would show huge power. Look at how much effect that even the jab had.
