What are you talking about Azumah Nelson is clearly one of the best 154 pounders of all time!

Azumah Nelson should move down to #5 after that debacle with Fenech. Then, just maybe, I will accept the BoxRec rankings for 154

I still say any discussion of BoxRec's rankings of any kind should result in an immediate ban.

I'd accept having Nelson tops at 130, thats about the only discussion he should be in.

Note that neither John Mugabi, Tommy Hearns or Julian Jackson are on the list. If I was Boxrec I'd come up with a better system to calculate these lists.

The danger is that there are fans who would take this list as the holy gospel of ranking fighters.

Since it's a computer generated program calculating the lists, any new variable would surely add to people's disagreeing.
It's not meant to be taken seriously. It's just a good place to go to see history of fights. Humans don't actually pick who's in the list, a computer program does based on certain points for certain things.

There is no way a computer program can count some of the intangibles.

The lists are just food for thought
