I think Torres is the hardest puncher. Urango is also powerful but he seems to be powerful from liftin weights (he looks like a Jr MW). Torres is just a natural strong puncher like Pavlik.

Don't get me wrong, he can hit but I think other guys can hit harder. Ricky and Torres himself I think hit harder.

If you mean Urango, naw man, that dude can hit indeed, have you seen the shoulders and back of that man? that nikkuh is a monster.

Urango deserves consideration, and don't forget Randall Bailey. He has serious punching power.
