      When had Gomez fight Wladimir?

Wladimir lost the Finale in Vejle (Denmark) in 1996 against Alexej Lezin (he won against Lezin in the olympics 1996 in Atlanta).

Juan Carlos Gomez was fighting from 1994 - 1995 at light Heavyweight. In 1995 he lost to Sven Ottke and Thomas Ulrich. Since 1995 he is a professional Boxer.

Maybe in 1993? Wlad was 17.

They all realize that if they use their speed, they can corrie sanders wlad into a loss. Wlad is a vulnerable champion.

Gomez - "Wladimir certainly still remembers how I beat him up in Denmark at the amateurs."

that is quite interesting. I know wlad is a much different fighter than he was back then, but I would still like to see these guys fight in the future.

How would they fight in the future if Gomez is going to most likely lose against Vladimir Virchis? He isn't no favorite in that, he is a favorite to get ko'd the **** out by Vlad.
