    Testosterone Replacement Therapy in Boxing

Just a question because I was in a clinic today that does nothing but Testosterone replacemnet therapy and out walks a top ranked boxer that lives in my town. Wouldn't that be considered a form of doping? Just wondering if anyone would think that strange.. thanks

    Well, depends on his circumstances.
    But likely, yes.
However, taking into account that the injuries(brain damage) that occur in boxing very often halt the production of testosterone and that it has very negative effect on the body, it is possible to be sanctioned.

I'm not an expert on these things, but I've heard testosterone replacement therapy is often used for longtime steroid users. I know that the late pro wrestler Chris Benoit was on it.
