I thought Felix was asking for more then Oscar. But you have to be realistic, Oscar's opponents will never make more then he will in a fight. Does Tito deserve the more amount of money? Yes. Would he get the majority amount of the money if he fought Oscar? No.

As well as a 60-50 split, Oscar would also make a fortune on the joint promotion rights, assuming that Don King will be in the mix there, since Trinidad is his fighter. I don't think the fight will happen, Oscar would wither away from Trinidad's massive body punching, and, although I sincerely believe that he CAN get down to 160, I think he's too fond of the tacos etc to try. Therefore the weight difference alone makes the fight a "no-fight".

That is the same hold up that caused the third Mosley-DLH fight to never happen. Shane just wasn't going to take the smaller share again. If Oscar really wants the Trinidad fight, he'll do what he needs to in order to get it done. Since he'd be a co-promoter of the event he's guaranteed to make a fortune anyway. It comes down to pride and ego, on both sides.
