Paqiao ( P4P no 1)
and only lost to mayweather (p4p number 1)

would be sumwhere in te top ten, id say close to top 3, mabey 2
he fights the best and has only lost once to the best if he beats the p4p1 paqiao , he is one of the best

Well consider that P4P means best fighter regardless of weight:

All except 2 of his 46 fights were at JWW.

The only other 2 fights outside of JWW he performed very poorly.

Pacman started out at flyweight and has beat very significant opposition up to LW.

So, my answer is no, Hatton would not make the top 10 if he beats Pacman.

Sorry, Hatton is just a really good JWW..... and thats about all you can say about that.
