Africa has amazing resources, gold, diamonds, wildlife beyond compare, chromium, etc. Sam Peter was lucky to catch the weakest of the 4 champs at 39 years old on his way out, and hasn't even defended his first title yet. "Powerhouse of boxing?" puhlease.

that maybe true in general but I've met plenty of latinos that are big enough to be heavyweights. Unless Mexican's are especially smaller compared to other latino countries cuz I've yet to meet a mexican.

Heavyweight division requires everything speed, power, defence and many more and there is no weight limit, I still can’t pin point why Mexicans can’t do so well in it.

Some people here make out Mexicans to be like the smallest people, they would be considered average in my eyes.

Size?? Nigeria average height is shorter than Mexico, yet they produce a HW Champ
well, 1 man doesn't represent a whole country. nigeria might not ever produce another hw that makes the top 10 again even if they start good boxing programs in Nigeria. you can't take 1 man's example to represent a whole country.
