I'm not sure I understand your endorsement of Thompson. Because he's slower than Audley Harrison, he wins?

Does this guy have a chance of going the distance?

4/1 at the moment for Wlad to win on points. I'm tempted to take it.

It all depends on which Wladimir shows up really. Wladimir should have no problem with this guy's southpaw style if he was able to find the range on the more mobile Ibragimov. Klitschko just opted to not let his hands go.

Thompson's best fight is when he can lure his opponent's into his kind of jab oriented fight. If he can get into his kind of fight that would give him his best shot of pulling it off.

But like I said in the article, Thompson is in an uphill fight all the way here.

Thompson probably not going to win but I hope he looks good enough to get other fights so he can feed his kids and fix his dishwasher.

I'm not sure that trading jabs with Klitschko all night would be the best thing Thompson could do, though I guess he does have the southpaw edge.

It also depends on whether he walks straight in or if he steps to the right after throwing the jab. If he can take Wladimir's jab away he'd make some headway in that respect also.

Tony Thompson will win by KO - This is Corrie Sanders all over again- An old lefty fighter will always beat Wlad Klitschko

Tony Thompson couldn't carry sanders jock-strap, sanders is naturally strong.

The only way Thompson wins is if Wlad comes in like Tyson did against Buster Douglas. Wlad has to knock this guy out and look impressive to help restore his name after that last fight. Wlad can do it, but the question is will he.
