but yes on a more serious note, it did throw off Torres who got clocked with the right to end the fight.

wonder what happens next for both, because Holt didn't get his immediate rematch (appeal denied, fought Ben Tackie) .. so what are Ricardo's options?

There's no doubt in my mind that it did. That headbutt clearly wobbled Torres as he almost fell down from it and that led to Holt setting up for that big right hand to finish him off.

That headbutt gave Holt the opportunity to go forward and land the knockout shot so it definitely helped him. It was an accidental headbutt though.

The headbutt was obviously a contributing factor. Though Torres was also wild and careless in his approach.

Torres had Holt KOd.... all he had to do was be patient he had 2 full minutes left in the round!!
