let's admit it, the 140 lb division has been pretty **** for a while now. so many very average fights...thats because all the guns moved up to 147.

I think ive watched the fight about 20 times now and I will say that the more I see it the more I feel that Holt got lucky. Although Holt took advantage of an oportunity, he would have never had the chance to land that punch if it werent for the head-butt. Anyone who fails to see that is a biased bat.

With Torres hanging from the ropes like that, does anyone think that the ref should have stepped and counted it as a KD? He was held up by the ropes and techinically that qualifies as a KD, matter a fact his left arm was also intertwined with the ropes... he was defensless. Malignaggi could have KOd Torres in that position.

Torres KOs him in a rubbermatch.

That said, its not Holts fault... he jumped in on a good opportunity.

The first fight is history.... also, Holt ran like a ***** in that fight.

You are either a fan of Holt because you are from NJ, or you just jumped on the bandwagon. Anyway, your biased is evident.

Who cares if he got butted, it was all in the action. Holt was fighting back, and those things happen. He got put to sleep by the right hand. The butt knocked him back, but he still had his faculties and was trying to move away when ****!!!....you're it happened lol.

Yeah, and so is your hate. Why is it that SOME of the latin fans here have a problem with holt winning?

He didn't get lucky. He hurt Torres in the first fight too, only he had beer thrown on him twice, and hit with a can of beer one of those times.

Like Ive mentioned before, it is not Holt's fault and I dont blame him for taking the golden opportunity that was gifted to him... but one has to acknowledge that the opportunity to punch Torres would have not been there if the head-butt did not occur.

You and I both know what was happening in that fight prior to the headbutt.

I will also mention that Torres was quite irresponsible, he was throwing bombs off balance opening himself up for a counter, but Im sure he didnt expect a counter head-butt.

Torres was defenselss after the head-butt, Holt was lucky.
