I thought the stoppage was good.

The headbutt happens JUST before Torrest stumbles backwards into the ropes, becoming entangled in them, and then BAM lights out! I think that the clearly UNINTENTIONAL headbutt was what did him in, it was over their and the punch was just the sleeping pill! We need a rubber match!
