That's just what they sell these days in boxing to get people to watch. Undefeated means you haven't fought someone to give you a challenge or you haven't met your match. This can be done by avoidance, ducking, and doding and filling the void with lame excuses that you are better than them, but you don't need to actually go in there and prove it. Pacquiao has met his matches, met challeneges, and has risen on them all.
