The answer is no. But his following, and his impact on the sport in the UK will get him in. Him winning that 140lb title coupled with his record (bloated mind you) will get him in. Its not that im crazy about hatton neither, but in reality, his impact on the sport in england was huge, and with the way the HOF works half the time, that seems to be enough to get you in.
