why would he not be as high?? he has already accomplished what mayweather has already with 5 titles in 5 divisions and 3 lineal titles. plus like you said he could at least get one more title at 140 if he fought one of the bums and i would give him a shot to beat hatton and knock him out. if he beat hatton he would be the first fighter ever to win 4 lineal titles and would be one of the top 10 greats of all time.

Mayweather is going to be listed among the top 10-20 greatest ever and Pacquiao is not so you tell me. Plus Floyd has pretty much never taken a heavy blow in his career while Pacquiao takes them every fight.
