Did Barrera kick Valero's ass in sparring?

He sparred with Valero for the second Pacquiao fight, in which Valero was very confident Barrera was going to win. Does that mean Barrera beat Valero in sparring?

In the post fight press conference Barrera said the only fighter that can beat Manny is Valero. To be honest Valero is nothing special. I'm pretty sure Barrera whooped his ass.

Enough with the Valero hype already. The guy has fought skinny, drunken girls his whole career and is now, all of a sudden because of his record, the new threat to Pac. ENOUGH! Valero has NOT earned ANYTHING even close to resembling a shot at Pac right now and even if he did, thinking, based off of his record, that he will win is even more absurd.

ok honestly, I like valero alot just cuz there isn't a fighter that puts it all on the line like he does right now but, he isn't that great. I'm sure barrera over weight and out of shape could school valero. valero just needs to stay away from the big boys unless he learns some simple defensive techniques but I doubt that will happen. I think he needs to atleast showcase himself against lesser fighters in the states if he wants to make some money which I'm sure will be his thing in the future. he will be quite the attraction and moneymaker even after he loses a couple of fights.

why deduce if manny could beat valero through whether barrera whooped valero or not? manny owned valero, himself, in sparring 5 years ago.

manny has to be cautious about getting caught with a wild power punch and should train thoroughly. if he comes in top shape, it will be a mismatch. aside from the unlikely miracle shot from Valero, Pacquiao should handle the V-nom pretty handily...

Valero's sparring didn't even help.. Valero no footwork and handspeed.. Barrera made a mistake of choosing Valero..

Was Barrera the one saying he fought to survive? I know you love Barrera but please stop making these dumbstatements nuthuggery that Pac was scared since he pressed the whole fight... Barrera fought to survive..

Barrera: People thought Pac will knock me out.. I prove to everyone I can last 12 rounds with him..

Thinking he was Rocky Juarez, LMAO.. Pac still beat him by a wide UD and knock him out before.
