Sturm vs. Griffin II. This saturday

There's some unfinished business in this fight after they fought to a draw last time out. A lot of pressure on Felix Sturm if he is to rival Arthur Abraham as Germanys top MW following Abrahams awesome punching display against the highly regarded Edison Miranda.

Sturm holds the WBA MW title and needs to build on his last outing which was an impressive stoppage of Jamie Pittmann. So Sturm seeks to impress against Griffin. "Nobody can be satisfied with a draw. Thats why I wanted a rematch straight away" Sturm said to german ZDF.

"Felix is stronger than never before" his trainer Timm said: "He will let his hands go and leave no doubt as to who's the better man.

The undercard features some interesting matches as well:

    WBO-Interconti-Titel, SMW
Karoly Balzsay (HUN) - Jose Alberto Clavero (ARG)

    HW
Denis Boytsov (RUS) - Fernely Feliz (DOM)

    CW
Patrick Dobroschi (GER) - Lubo Hantak (SVK)

I'm afraid not. Usually german broadcaster ARD provides livestreams both this card is on ZDF, so no official stream available.

You'll have to try sopcast, justin.tv or maybe channelsurfing.net.

I hope we can find a link.

Universum should permit their fights to be streamed, like Sauerland does. It would make their fighters better known and more popular!

I'm hoping Sturm stops Griffin this time. I'm also interested in the Boytsov fight.

I agree. As I stated earlier Sturm needs to impress and I look forward to this fight. Boytsov is a good prospect so I find the undercard decent as well.

I hope there'll be a link posted. I love watching fights while posting here on NSB.

I hope he comes in well-prepared as Sturm definetely does.

But Griffin should see something familiar as this fight is held at the exact same town and arena as their first encounter in october 2007. It's in Gerry Weber Stadium in the city of Halle.

I was really looking forward to Valuev vs Chagaev 2, but I will still watch the card.

I see this fight similiar to the first one, only difference will be that Sturm is more active and uses his defence better. Something like 116 - 112, 115- 113 in favour of Sturm
