Ricky Hatton Aims For Manny Pacquiao in 2009

I feel Hatton is a great 140lb'er and would give Manny much trouble. Hatton has had one attempt at the top boxer PBF, and against Pacman he might get it right this time and on the second attempt.
The PBF will have put him in good stead for the Pacman fight. If i were to put my money on somone it would be Hatton after a bruising battle. Probably on points.

Pacman has better hand speed
Pacman has better Chin
Pacman has better stamina

None of these 2 have defense. This makes for a really entertaining fight. I see Hatton winning this but it wouldn't surprise me if Pacman win by U.D, T.K.O and K.O. Still I give Hatton the advantage.

I dont think its inconceivable to say Hatton will hurt and possibly stop Pacquiao with a body shot. Marquez crumpled him with one just recently. Diaz didnt even touch the body.

he hits manny on the chin but the punch looked funny. his follow through looked like he hit manny low.

in the youtube video the announcers even thought it was a body punch because it looked funny.

if people got to see a bit more of the video the announcers say it was a body punch (in the video it looks like a low blow) but when they got to see the replay even the announcers acknowledge he got hit straight on the chin flush as can be.

you are wrong about the legs...thats one of the few advantage pacman has amongst many people even some middleweights the guy has tree trunk legs and popeye arms on his calves.

manny's legs are big because that's how a lot of asian fighters are built. if you look at a lot of thai and filipino fighters they have thick legs.

Yeah when i first saw that vid, it looked a bit su****ious but I took the time to research it.

Some people will just buy into what they want to believe though.
