I have been a fan of Linares for a little while now and even ordered the latin fury ppv with him on it. Linares to me is one of the most exciting young fighters in the game. He knows how to box very well too but what in the **** is Golden Boy doing with him. Linares has always fought every 4-5 months, well now its been 7! I know he was supposed to fight on the Oscar card and then got pushed back again, then that fight was canceled. WHAT ARE YOU DOING OSCAR? THIS IS YOUR COMPANIES TOP YOUNG FIGHTER(SORRY MARES).Linares should be fighting and he should be doing it on one of the major networks. As a fan its pretty frustrating.

He got injured while training for a fight a few weeks back so he's probably waiting for that to heal up before making his next move. -
I had no idea that he was injured. Still, it isn't an excuse that he needs to get onto HBO/SHO for all his fights. The fight he was gonna have on Oscar's card wasnt going to be on tv and neither was the one that was going to happen a few weeks ago. No reason why he shouldn't be on TV when you see Gamboa/Kirkland/Anguelo/and other top prospects getting love.Comment
