Amir Khan's Chin....anything to worry about?

Michael Gomez summed up Amir saying "He's a world class fighter with world class vulnerabilities" which i think was an excellent way to put it.

Does anybody have concerns about Khan's chin? I'd have to categorically say yes. The reason being in 38 months he's been knocked down 4 times by opponents at that weight that are not big ****ers.

5 years ago Gomez would have taken that fight. I thought Khan ran out of ideas and had 3-4 bad moments.

However, however, however..saying that DeLaHoya's chin was suspect he got knocked down hard twice before he ever fought for a title as well. Rocky Marciano got knocked down etc.

So is there really anything to worry about?

There is something to worry about because when he fights somebody that can actually knock the skin off a rice pudding....if they find his chin he is gonna be in la la land.....its a very very bad chin.

Khan is very talented, but he has a weak chin. The Lightweight division right now is very strong, there's lots of talent. I think Khan will get KO'd when he steps up the competition.

His chin is something to worry about as is his inability to fight on the inside, he also needs to tighten up his defense.

His chin issues though could be because he is having difficulty making 135.

I don't think being knocked down is such an issue, it's the recovery that's most important and he's proved he can come back and win a fight after a knockdown.

If i was him i would be a bit worried about his chin so i would be working hard on improving my defence.

His chin is one of his weaknesses but if he improves his defence then he wont have anything to worry about.

there are vids of him as an amateur being rocked bad, doesn't improve his chin's reputation.
he also holds the record of opponents who can't punch
