I see.... Vic is the real deal tho, he will back on top in no time.well Armenia doesn't have a professional boxing body so you can't turn pro there even if you like...
VIC grew up and started his career in Australia, Arthur Abraham in Germany... but what matters is that these guys have always stayed true to their roots and heritage.Comment

Joe Calzaghe is the only real deal on your list.. but good stuff none the less, Wales should be proud as well...
Armenia also has Vanes Martirosyan (20-0) and Khoren Gevor is good.Comment

not hard to believe bro...
we are in the midst of a political revolution...
as beautiful as Armenia is with its nature and land and all, we have always struggled with quality leadership.
There is an oligarchy in place where about 5 mobsters along with the president run the entire country. There is no real middle working class which always kills a countrie's economy.Comment

some of the guys he mentioned are old timers that's why they don't ring a bell.
jimmy wilde has 150 fights in the old days i think and he's in the HOF and is considered an ATG.Comment

but to be fair. wales is part of britain. a lot of tradition and recognition in british boxing.
plus armenia was part of the soviet bloc. they haven't been part of the pro scene 'til recently.Comment
