Poll: Andre Berto vs Luis Collazo

i train in the same gym as collazo. hes a beast. jumps rope 30 minutes straight without missing a beat or stopping once. saw him weigh in at 157 yesterday which means that he is already a week or two worth of heavy training away from weight. his hand is also healed which caused him all the trouble in the mosley fight and he looks sharrrpppp. Berto is a great, very talented fighter, but I got Luis in this one!!!!
Wouldn't be surprised though if the HBO/Al Haymon connection sways the judges towards Berto even if Collazo is more impressive in a close fight...
btw mellow mood is a ******. how can u call a former champion a *****? have you ever stepped in the ring before? probably not. If you have, you should know better son.Comment

none taken. thats good for you. he of course mixes in a full day of training, roadwork, weights, mitwork, bag work, sometimes sparring, etc in addition to the warmup jump roping. its also the manner in which he jump ropes- very impressive footwork and fast! I only jump rope 5 or six rounds and break in between, but i also have to take it easy cause i get shin splits and knee aches from running a lot.
I see you like RJJ. He's my favorite fighter of all time. Berto is similar in that he has exceptional, virtuosic raw talent, though maybe no to the same degree as Roy. It should be a good fight either way! May the best man win!Comment
