David Diaz: "Manny Pacquiao Will Beat Edwin Valero"

You have me confused about this Valero, Linares line lol. What are you even talking about? I have never heard Valero turn down any money to fight Pac. Ever. I have never herd him say he isn't ready fpr Pac either liar. After the Morales fight, Valero was the one doing the talking. Valero screamed at him for a fight, and Pac talked about his comp, and Valero said, "you'll be ranked right along with them too".
You need to brush up on all the boxing news then. Arum made a concerted effort to make this fight happen after the 3rd Pacquiao/Morales fight, and guess what Valero and Honda said? "We're not yet ready for Pacquiao, Valero needs more experience". After 2 somewhat lackluster fights (Pacman's fight standards) against Barrera and Marquez and that is because his difficulty making 130, Valero's making some noise again, and that was after Arum announce the Diaz/Pacquiao fight. You can't just reneged on a contract specially both Pacquiao and Diaz are from the same stable (Top Rank). After the Diaz fight, Arum tried and Honda tried to back out again giving the same old excuse, WTF?!? After 20 months and 4 Valero fights later, more experience? Gimme a break...Comment

Unless Diaz has previously fought Valero, which he hasn't, I don't think his opinion means that much. Personally I wasn't impressed by Valero's lack of even a basic jab, he just tries to hold his hand out there in spite of numerous warnings from the ref, and his defense is almost non existent as well. Pac makes easy work for him, though it might be exciting while it lasts.Comment
