Roy and Joe could do with someone to help them promote they're fight, and they're probably reluctant to get ex promoters Warren or King involved even a bit. So GBP is I guess the obvious option. Perhaps it if wasn't Joe's most likely last fight, he'd give another smaller promotional company a go, and get involved with Hatton or Hayes promo area's, to give his enterprise a boost. But that's unlikely.

By the lack of comments, I can't help but feel that some articles as great as they are, would be be better received split into a couple of topics, not one long one with different avenues. Anyways, great article and interesting to see how these things develop.
