Can PBF still fight at 140 effectively?

I think it's his best weight, but let's say he makes a comeback at 140 lbs vs an oppoent. He hasn't fought at 140 since the Gatti fight which was what 4 years ago? Do you still think he can make the weight and still be strong?

I think he would make this weight very easily given how comfortably he makes 147.

I do think he'd be weaker. Floyd could fight at 154 with no problems.

Floyd would struggle to weigh anything more than 150 the way he trains. I doubt he's any higher than 160 right now. He could easily make 140.

I think it's about 2.5 years ago. I'm sure he can make 140, but there's a reason he fought at 147 for the last 2.5 years(besides money), he probably feels more comfortable making 147 at this point in his career.

Don't get why people say he would make the weight "easily". If you know a bit about cutting weight, if you haven't cut to a certain weight in what, 3 or 4 years it ISN'T easy to do it. Especially since your body is accustomed to a certain weight.

Althought i dont like him; I dont think he could make 140 easily, i think 147 is the best division for him, he sits probably round 150-156 after fights so i think making 140 would be a problem, hes a welterweight if not super welter now.

According to DiosDominicano he can still fight 130 comfortably, after all, he's the same size as Manny Pacquiao.

Yes he can. He didn't outgrow 140 to begin with. He moved up to 147 and 154 not because he coudln't make the weight but because there was nothing to fight at 140 and that he wanted to fight bigger and stronger guys to solidify his career and make more money at the same time.
