Tough one. I guess the Purity loss though since Haye was moving up in weight. Anytime a fighter moves up in weight, he runs the risk of getting KOd.

Shouldn't it be "which loss was worse?" or is that another British thing that us Yanks don't get?

I'm not hating man, just curious..

I don't know if you have an agenda here but if you're seriously asking....

A loss to Ross Puritty trumps pretty much any other loss a so-called elite fighter can have.

I was considering the question without looking at the records of the fighters but you bring up a good point.. That is a double yes for the Purity loss then for me..

What didn't kill them made them stronger. Well, in Wlad's case until Sanders anyway.

But once down, very likely down again. Once you lose, you learn how to lose.

But they've both made a hell of a go at avoiding it since.

Purrity Morrison was a ****ing hell of a fight. Purrity was a tough hombre.
And Purrity went the distance with Sanders as well *not so much a hell of a fight*

Records don't tell much of the story. I mean so many times one guy beats the **** out of another and doesn't get the decision.
Look at Casamayor-Santa Cruz or even Soto's fight this past weekend.

And look at records of people like Emmanuel Augustus....
