There were never any serious talks into making this fight. Floyd was still in his 130 lb reign first off when they sparred. Floyd beat Manfredy in 2 rounds. In 2002 Floyd took on the best lightweight in Castillo, and Spads was going 12 with Manfredy who came up in weight. In 2000, Sosa almost beat Spads knocking him down twice. Floyd took on that same sosa in 2003 and won easy. The dorin fight convinced everyone that Spads would be no match for Floyd. He took a good beating in that draw. Spads was fighting pedestrain comp while floyd fought the real fighters including castillo TWICE. Spads never convinced Floyd or anyone he was on his level. And no recorded sparring match can ever make anyone but floyd haters think Spads could beat Floyd with the hedgear off. lol

HAHAHAHA I know for a fact you have never seen Paul Spadafora fight. There is no way Floyd against Spaddy is an entertaining fight. In fact i am fairly sure you could not pick Paul Spadafora out of a police lineup if he had his shirt off.
Spaddy was a good boxer but he was no defensive wizard, he was kind of quick but he wasn't blazing fast and he had almost no power.
Paul would try to run from Floyd because if he stood his ground it would not last long at all. The whole fight would be Paul throwing right jabs that Mayweather would come over the top of with right hand leads. Pual might get knocked out but i think the fight would more likely get stopped because his face would end up looking like raw hamburger inside of 9 rounds.Comment

2) when you are facing Judah, you have to worry about his power, facing Spaddy is somewhat closer to a pillow fight.Comment

You are not getting out of your self ownage... You said Hearns did not fight at HW kills the Hearns-Holyfield comparison. Unfortunately for your crystal clear argument, Cotto never fought at 130, 135.Comment
