Is Andre Berto ready for a fighter like Clottey?

Or is Clottey too much for the young man Berto right now? This is the toughest fight for me to decide if Berto can get past clottey at this point in his career.

I think the story of this fight is... Berto needs to use his jab, to keep clottey from fighting on the inside...

Berto has one of the best jabs in the WW division IMHO... if Berto can keep clottey at a distance, i dont think it would be to tough..

If clottey can pull Berto into an inside fight... it could possibly be candidate for FOTY.. because berto and clottey BOTH have good speed, pop, and HEART...

I would favor berto over clottey... but not by a TON.. and thats mostly credit to clottey

Im not quite sure yet. I would like to see Berto fight Collazo first. In that fight we should find out more. Then if he gets past Collazo a fight with Clottey would make sense.

Right now if they...I would favor Clottey...but if Berto keeps improving (which he will) I can see him beating Clottey.

I think it's too soon for Berto, Clottey would exploit his weak defense.

im not sure Berto coud stay on the outside Clottey is not the type to walk u down unless he has no respect for u which in this case i think he would have respect for Berto, i think Berto would have to bring the fight to Clottey TBH i could see Clottey standing in the middle of the ring with his hand up Winky style giving Berto the impression he is there to be hit to the body etc ,thats where i think Clottey would capatalise Clottey is a great body puncher he has a mean double left hook to the body he is durable and a good puncher if not spectacular and he can counter punch well from behind that high held guard i think people underestimate how much skill he has

if Clottey connects Berto has his lights switched out IMO

he's a champion right... he has to fight the big boys now.
anyone in the top ten would be good. collazo and clottey would be good fighters that would take that fight in a second. but it's pretty much guaranteed that berto's handlers will not let him step up to the plate like he should.
