Boxing Herald caught up with the 5 division world champion Manny Pacquiao and got his thoughts on his epic performance over David Diaz. Pacquiao informs Boxing Herald that negotiations are taking place for a November 8th date against Ricky Hatton! Check out what else the champ had to say.

BH – Do you plan on going up to 140lbs to challenge Ricky Hatton?


MP – There is negotiation about that. It is possible that I will fight Ricky Hatton on November 8th.


BH – So November 8th is the target date for Ricky Hatton?


MP – Yes.

Lol @ end his career. I really hope this fight happens. Pac is showing "others" the kinds of fighters boxing needs. Not only does it make $ents, but it makes total boxing sense. Hatton/Pac is gonna give fans a truly great fight! Why!! Why!!...wouldn't you wanna see this! Hatton has the edge IMO and Pac is coming in with the steam of a locomotive. Only good things can come from this bout folks. Someone tell Paulie to take that ss money and MAKE THIS HAPPEN! Six weight classes on the line, more money than Pac has made to this point from one fight, more of a draw than any other fighter he can get atm or one to be made all together imo - this fight has to happen.

Well it looks like Pacquiao v. Hatton november 8th because I couldnt understand hatton turning the fight down to fight paulie...obviously there is a TON of money involving fighting manny compared to paulie...it wont even been a close decision for hatton.

wouldnt surprise me if hatton sacked off paulie to fight pac, the money in this fight would rival oscar/mayweather i think, and it would be a much better fight
