Someone posted on this forum that Valero gave Pacman the middle finger, so I think Valero deserves a shot now so I can see him hit the canvas crying like a little baby.

No it wont. And it would add an emphatic stamp of greatness if achieved. Think about it...you can be 6 division title holder. Thats the Mayweather route. Or just by a little patience you can be a 6 division title holder but in 2 divisions you're the undisputed champ

The same Barrera that was shot to pieces and supposedly had no business in a rematch with Pacquiao and gets no credit for is somehow Marquez's career defining win

One thing I haven't seen anybody mention is that Valero is a southpaw. I think one of the reasons Manny was so good with his right against Diaz was because he was a lefty. Valero is going to get tagged with right hooks until Pac scores an early KO. Valero doesn't keep a high guard and he throws a lot of wild punches. Those are two things that won't work against Manny.

I really have a bad feeling Valero is deciding to puss out now. The contracts aren't signed as far as I know, and I don't think Valero wants pacman anymore.

Medina was a top contender in the Featherweight division (#3 when Marquez beat him). He also beat Peden to help get that shot.

Pacquiao beat Ledwaba and destroyed Jorge Julio. Valero's best name is Vicente Mosquera and that's still a bit of an iffy.
