Not in the case of Tyson.

Majority rules. The majority of people would watch Tyson over any Mexican fighter. The PPV shows that with ease. If they are so pleasurable to watch wouldn’t people flock to watch them fight.

Mike Tyson, Golden Boy, Holyfield, Mosley Mayweather are all exciting then why would people watch him fight. The Hatton fight was a PPV success

              What a pile of ****!

Most of fights listed were massively promoted fights that turned out to be either borefests or massive mismatches.

Morales VS Barrera 1, Morales VS Pacquaio 1, Benn VS Eubank 1, Arguello VS Escelara 2, Vasquez VS Marquez 1, 2 & 3 - they are exciting fights...

& if you are going to list fights with US fighters - Hearns VS Hagler, Hearns VS SRL, Arguello VS Pryor 1, etc, etc.

Prince Naseem's ring entrances alone blow all of them out of the water for entertainment.

                  /

your completly forgetting one big factor,

you could probably fit about 500 englands into america,

america is 500 times the size of england.......

yet still the competitions close, imagine if england was 500 times bigger and could produce the same out amount of fighters as america

stats don't mean ****.. especially since the two most entertaining fighters right now are from Puerto Rico and the Philipinese.
