I think you're right though and Haye will not risk the payday against Wlad next year by fighting a live opponent.

All Are imported, pumped up full of **** and not worth the hype. The Brits haven't imported a worth while fighter since Lennox Lewis. Hatton turned out to be a fraud,Calzaghe is fighting contender series contestants and old legends past their prime and Haye and Khan will fall flat on their faces just like Hamed! So Brits don't get your feeling hurt . United States beef is the same way. It sucks! It's not a national thing like soccer ! I must admit. The fighters from the UK are entertaining as hell. (except Joe C.) I believe the fans from the UK are the best in the world. I just don't think the fighters measure up to the fan base on a world class level.

Aye, i saw some people saying Wlad was running. But there are always some that say he is running from him so i didn't pay much attention to be fair.

No one said Wlad was running by fighting mandatories though i don't think. If so then that's ridiculous.

They don't fight the best consistantly enough.

Look at the resumes. Haye's career hasn't even got going.

Who did Calzaghe and Hatton beat in there first 22 fights?

Hatton was coming off a win over Jon Thaxton for the British title and Calzaghe had just beat Luciano Torres.

In his next fight Calzaghe won the title against Eubank though to be fair.

Monte Barrett isn't a terrible first real HW fight (Bonin was a joke of a fight).

But on the back of his "three top ten HWs" talk, it looks very bad. Barrett is however probably still a top 50 HW.

Haye is no longer a spring chicken. He may only have 22 fights, but he's too old for that to speak in his defense.

At 27 you are pretty much the fighter you're going to be.
